I wrote an article based on a passage in the Bible. At the end I added a link to a website called Bible Gateway. It is a free site and you can look up scripture references by chapter and verse, subject, or key words or phrases. Is that against the rules???? When I came to this page I read something about not posting links to external sites. I hope my account does not get shut down! I just thought it would be convenient and helpful to readers.
You can post up to TWO outgoing links to one domain per hub. You also can't link to the same domain across all your hubs.
Most affiliate links are no longer allowed however (links where you earn when people click.)
Actually Wry, I'm finding that's not true.
Clickbank isn't allowed but I've had no problems with affiliate links to ShareASale and AffiliateFuture.
I have linked to Biblegateway.
I don't think that there are any problems with linking to that site

If you use 2 amazon links, then you have used up your quota of 2 personal...

I don't understand why the lincs are sometimes nonsensical and not related to the article. For instance in an article about animals the only linc suggestion I got was on the word SYNC, which was incidental and not relevant to the hub I was writing. I was trying to linc a lot to all my articles and...
