In effect you can do this by starting another account with the new user name. If you wanted all your hubs under the new name, you would have to unpublish them from your current name and set them up again under the new name. Presumably you would need to wait a few days or so for Google to de-index the first set, so that you would not get penalised for duplicate content.

Is there any way I can change my old username (Butterfly67) to the actual name that I have on my hubs now (Jackie Grant)? I'm assuming not but thought I might as well ask.
