This does not look good at all. What should I do?

I have signed up at HubPages hoping that HubPages traffic will improve and the site will regain it's lost stature.

But quantcast shows HubPages traffic is continuing to decrease:

Is there any point to put any effort here, or should I try some other writing sites such as wizley? I didn't sign up at squidoo since squidoo's tier payment model doesn't go well with informative articles, it's better for affiliate articles.

    Any suggestions?

I'm not for certain but believe if this is true it is due to several writers leaving due to the new rules set in place (not new anymore). I think this is all well and good due to if Google changes the rules we have no other choice but to abide if we want to continue getting high rankings.

Speaking of rankings I will get straight to the point. Traffic of others doesn't really pertain to you in my opinion and the reason being is THIS. If there viewing your hubs, your writing unique quality articles that are getting ranked well and staying there, and getting traffic, WHO CARES.

I am far from an accomplished writer but what I have noticed is this; Squidoo in my opinion (have a few articles with)was awful, Ezine my rankings are good but no pics and people are visual, and no extra $, HP/ since I have been with HP my hubs get ranked EXTREMELY FAST, EXTREMELY WELL AND STAY THERE.  I also like the fact I can make a few extra dollars in their ad program

Yes I've had a few that are on page WHO KNOWS WHERE but those were articles that I knew would probably end up that way and are very short but something I wanted to post.

Sorry to ramble but I think every ones traffic and rankings depends on them and that it's something to be earned not given.

Good Luck in whatever you decide and have an incredible day
