Hi...I joined hubpages yesterday and instantly posted a hub...however it has not been published yet.Does it take time for a hub to get published or it happens instantly? Also how will I get to know taht my hub has been published? Please help me - Radhika Naithani
When you push the publish button, it is supposed to say that it has been published. If not, if it is held for moderation, you should receive a message to that effect. Try to open it and see if it may have been saved unpublish; in that case, you should be able to publish now. Once published, the hub will appear in your feed and on your profile page. "My account" shows the current status for all of your hubs.
You may have had warnings saying 'substandard' or stuff like that at the top of your hub.. and that is why your hub is being moderated before being published.. here is a link that gives you an idea of where to start..

I checked your one published hub and it was originally published online elsewhere in 2010. Even if you are the author you cannot publish articles that are still online on other sites.

For months I published no hubs and my hubber score sat around 96, in the last month I published three hubs, all of which are featured and each time I published one my hubber score dropped by two points, it's now down to 90. Is this how HP rewards us for our hard work? Correct me if I'm wrong but...
