I would defo make it fiction. You don't want a law suit coming after you.
      As for titles, what about-
      Civil war in Suburbia.
Oprah's Defence Mechanism for a healthy Marriage. or
Get Ready for Battle, Oprah's Marshaling the in-laws.

You would have to bring Oprah's personal battles into your story, her weight issues slim, fat very fat, obese, normal, slim and fat.

The more I think about it there is about 20 plus hubs you could write using Oprah as the center figure.

If you are planning to use a real person, you should get their permission. You could get in trouble if you don't.

Next you need to sit and think about how you want it to play out and write your outline chapter for chapter, characters and all. This way it's easier to fill in the story.

It would depend on whether the story is a biography or fiction.  If you are referring to the American Civil War, I take it it must be fiction, because I don't think Oprah is quite that old.

it would definitely have to be fiction.."if I were Oprah.."
    or
an opinion piece..."i think Oprah is..."
or a review of a product or show...
    JMHO.smile.
