If I send them all the same message using hubpages email system, would that be spam?
I have 20 plus new referrals that haven't written a single hub & I want to try to encourage them to write.
But I do not want to break any rules.
Would that be considered spam to send them all the same message?
It is only SPAM if you send promotional stuff. Do not promote your hubs.
It is not SPAM, if you are only communicating with them, considering they are your referral.
