I just got an email from Google saying they have held $244 from June. All I can see is that there are 16 "Crawler Errors," whatever that means.
I would follow up with Google and find out exactly what they have found that is forcing them to withhold payment. You might want to contact the HP team, too, to see if something might be contributing to it on the site's end.
This is usually due to a robot.tx and it most always goes away on the next round of indexing by the search engine.
Crawler errors are not the sort of thing that causes Google to withhold payments, but situations like your tax status or the lack of info related to such in their records is. You will need to contact them directly to get any information or work out this situation.
