Courtney, one of my neices, has Cystic Fibrosis and is in need of double lung transplants. She has been approved for the transplant and is now 2nd on the list. A fundraiser has been planned for Sunday afternoon, September 11th in Hendersonville, Tn. Are there rules about posting this type of 'announcement' and inviting folks? If it permissable where do I post it? As a hub? Here in Forums?
Not sure, Tobey. Best to email HP staff to be safe. I hope your niece has a successful transplant procedure and gets well soon.
Thanks Randy. I just remember back during the May 2010 flood here in middle Tennessee lots of hubbers near here and in this area donated about $4,000 to help out. Thought I might give them a chance for good food, music and helping a good cause. I'll see what I can find out.
