mybe your google adsense is conflicted with one of adverting system on your blog.
Secondly, your blog is enough long (some need 6months old) with enough articles (often minimum 15 articles), google CAN accept google adsense on your blog.
Did you click on any of your won ads?
Google will send you an email saying why your account was removed, in most cases once you have been banned you will not be bale to re-apply for Adsense.
This is the second time this guy has linked his blog on the forum today. He's a spammer looking for backlinks nothing more. Probably nothing wrong with Adsense account either.
