Is it so? I can't see anything like that.When you go to advanced search, you can see usage rights. In that you can opt for commercial use. I hope you are talking about using those images in the hubpages and other websites owned by you.
False. It's NOT that specific site that's prohibited, but rather, most people don't understand that image search engines just finds images, and it is up to the searcher to ascertain such images can be used.
As Luis said, it's been discussed to death in other threads. Please check references and existing topics.
I suggest that you read some of the many posts regarding using images as this topic has been discussed to the point of exhaustiveness....
