Is there a point of diminishing returns as to the number of tags you give a hub?
Frankly, I'm usually a little lazy about this, but I was just editting, suggesting links, and adding tags to a piece that was beginning to flounder.
At present count, I have 14 tags. A sampling (because I cannot recall all of them) is "Barack Obama", "debt ceiling", "downgrade", "economy", "John Boehner".
Is there a point at which having TOO many (albeit relevant) tags is counterproductive?
Thanks much, folks.
Wow! Thank you very much, "2uesday"! This piece is overflowing with all kinds of real information - and the explanations I've unfortunately found neglected wrt anything "tech".
They did give a suggested range, and yet another for an info piece. And yeah - they did opine that much more than 20 is probably overdoing it, and might even set off the "stuffing" alarm and get Google all in a huff!
Thank you again for a great answer via an *awesome* link.
