Adsense is a business tool of Google.inc, so Google wants professionalism from its publishers (us). You have to write regularly and gain pageviews. More than 5 lakh blogs are created each day in blogger only, so image the amount of adsense applications Google receives worldwide... I think that makes it clear. Consistent writing and you will be approved easily.
