Is there any Alternative to Google Adsense Program for Hubbers whos account is not approved by Google? I have 2 progams in mind which I feel HubPages need to tie-up with them
One is Kontera Content Link and other is WidgeBucks-Adsense Program. HP need to add more and more alternatives for Ad revenue so that Hubbers can avail more and more benefits from their Hubs.
I have a hub published earlier which has more than 175 active google adsense alternatives. Feel free to check them out.
Best Regards
I know where you are coming from:
A friend was earning money with adsense and someone did something on his website. Google banned him, and did not give a reason for this. Now he cant join hubpages because he would not be able to earn money here as cannot have a google adsense account.
It seems unfair, because he is truly a decent person and would not have done anything wrong.
So hope there is another way of earning through hubs for him and other like him.
Thanks
Eileen this is a great example of why its really important 2 closely monitor your adsense account : if u see a whole lot of unexpected clicks then proactively contact adsense and say you think there might be a problem
BTW hint for your friend people who live in the same household can each have a adsense account: they might want to vary their details though
If you check the Announcements forum, you'll see we've just added Kontera as an option.
Thanks Seven but You didnt understand my question? I am concern with New Hubbers whos account with Google not approved. I think H/P should have some alternative along with Google Adsense because most of the Hubbers earn revenue from Google Adsense compare to ebay and Amazon. If Google reject any hubber application then that poor hubber wont get chance to make any money from his/her hub
All Ad Sense accounts signed through Hubpages are approved (i'm pretty sure, an admin could verify that) But that is my understanding. Hubpages only allows Google Ad sense, Amazon and eBay. They use ad sense to easily split the profits from the adds 60% to hubber 40% to Hubpages. To add more advertisements Hubpages would need a more advanced program for splitting revenue. Not only, Google doesn't allow some other ad's on pages Google ad's are on.
What Hubpages is considering adding is Text ads in the Hubpages themselves. A lot are for it for money, a lot are ageist it because it clutters the page. Hubpages has a high quality of Content on there pages and I person believe this will make less people read Hubs. About.com uses text ads and I never want to read anything there because of it.
I hope this helps with your inquiry,

Perhaps I didn't
thranax above addressed your concerns!

adsense is only option here. if application of a new hubber is rejected, he/she may apply again for reconsideration or by using other user name and email address.
They've just added Kontera as an option. Check the Official Announcements Forum for details.

Why do some hubbers get kicked out of the google adsense program? In hub comments some people mention getting kicked out of adsense. They mention that it is because they don't get enough traffic or revenue through adsense. Is this true? What are reasons that you may get kicked off?

I'm wondering if they automatically put the ads on your articles. Do I have do to anything at all?

Can I apply again for the Google Adsense program?I have been rejected once, when I applied first after publishing two hubs. So my question is that, whether I can apply again, and if yes, after how many published hubs?
