Is it just for yourself, so you can find and manage them more easily, or does it affect the way they are displayed on your profile or hub pages?
It is helpful to manage your hubs, especially when you have a lot. Another neat thing about grouping them is that there will automatically be links to other hubs in the group at the bottom of the hub.
