Actually, no one can see anything you have unpublished.
I'm not sure where you received the idea that anyone can see it. I know HP Staff can, but that's not what this forum is for.
This forum thread is for getting critiquing from other hubbers about published hubs.

I just tried to publish my second article but I keep getting the same message I received when I tried to publish my first article, that it was still unpublished. Can some one help with this?

I noticed during the time I was working on a recent hub and before the hub was actually published, I went under "Display Options" and chose the topic and did not really think anything about it. Then I saved the unpublished hub to finish up later. I happened to notice later on...
