I'm not sure if it is just Yahoo UK that have started this in the past few days or if it's worldwide but it is driving me nuts!
Since I started using Yahoo e-mails (circa 2006? - not sure) I have become very used to quickly flicking over and clicking on the word, "Inbox." It's become like casting a fishing rod - second nature and I hardly have to look where I'm moving the mouse to find the right bit of the screen. In the past couple of days, the Inbox icon has been moved down slightly to make way for an icon taking me to some cartoon site to play puzzle games.
No doubt, this is some equivalent of Google Adsense and that Yahoo are reaping the rewards but given that I must have clicked on it a hundred times in these past few days (each time by accident!) do you think click fraud may be an issue...
