Just a quick note that Paul's proposal for Austin's South by Southwest conference next year - Bringing back the love when Google hates you - was accepted! This is a major coup considering the stiff competition: over 3,200 proposals were received and evaluated by the SXSW selection committee.
This was due in no small part to all of you who took the time to vote for the proposal a few months ago. Thank you!
How many websites can boast that their founder and CEO will be addressing a conference full of web developers, designers, writers, and artists on how to recover their traffic!
The title sounds interesting, so congrats. I was worried it was going to be 'Google is the evil editor of the world's information store and should be annihilated'.
I'm happy to hear that our very own Paul Edmondson will be a speaker at Austin's South by Southwest conference next year. Thanks, Jason, for letting us know.
Good luck! I know how nerve wracking it can be to speak in front of an audience but once you start speaking you get into the swing of it....just imagine everyone else is naked or with bright pink wigs or something
Congratulations Paul and The Hubpages team this is a major achievment and you guys should be very proud. Hubpages will gain some more reputation points thanks to this conference and the authors will benefit from this Kudos. All of those people spreading false stories and conspiracy theories in the forums should listen up now, The future at Hubpages is bright for everyone who writes here moving your hubs to another site will backfire Hubpages is a growing business and we will all be better off in the long run........jimmy
