I have written a completely original hub yet it keeps on coming back as a duplicate. I can assure you it is all my own work and has never been published on the web. I have spent hours making changes and still I get a problem about duplication. I have used several Plagiarism and duplication sites to check this including Copyscape Premium and they are come back fine. I'm including the result of my Copyscape search.
It might be difficult to get a fast response at the weekend or holiday time from the team, so emails to them may take longer to get answered. For now it might be best to work on something else and then sort it out when they let you know what the problem.
Thanks 2uesday. Think I'll take a break anyway. Merry Christmas
Keep the hub unpublished until after the holidays. As 2uesday said, you might not get a response during the holidays.
It could be a glitch so hang in there.
Can someone from HubPages please look at my issue. Thanks.

We all appreciate that it's our own responsibility to protect our own work, but it's a big job, and it's in HubPages interest to help us, because plagiarism affects the whole site's income. On another thread, there have been several suggestions of features HubPages could add. So far we have:-...

Has anyone ever had an article marked as a Duplicate when you wrote every word yourself? How can this happen?
