I was wondering if it's a good idea to have a comic strip published as a weekly hub. Will that work? Will it be rated low if the hub does not have any text? Has anyone done it before?
Better ask the staff you don't want to fall in trouble.

No different to a hub with a photo gallery..
However if you want your your work to be found I would have at least a few hundred unique words each month about the comic strip to help google and co direct traffic or you will have a very lonely comic strip..
