Is there some way that one can find out how much or approximately how much a particular hub, written by someone else, is making?
To my knowledge, there is no way, AtomSpace, as this would be considered confidential.
What if one plugged it into their analytics? I don't know; never tried.
Sure! You can ask them. Good luck with that, though!
I certainly hope not - it would be a way of finding out which Hubs, and therefore which niche topics, were most successful. A great way to steal other people's ideas.
*shrugs*
If there were a legal reason (i.e. a copyright infringement hearing or divorce proceedings etc.) then yes, a judge could order that information released as part of discovery.
I can only assume you are interested so that you can identify profitable topics to write about. If it was easy to find those topics they would quickly cease to be profitable.
I was under the impression that it was a breach of TOS to reveal your income from Hubs.
Thanks for the replies.
Pcunix, that link was most helpful. I beleive I can get all the data I need from it. Thank you.

How do you find out the topics that you are writing about? And what about researching? How much research do you do before writing on a particular topic?

So I am fairly new here I have a couple accounts on the hub an on a few different platforms for different niche topics. On this account I hit over 25k views in just under my first 2 weeks and that number continues to go up with each new publication. I have also had readers migrate over to my other...

Is it better to write hubs around one topic, or experiment with various ones?On one hand, a subdomain with numerous articles surrounding one topic seems like it would give authority to the account. On the other hand, experimenting with new topics may pay off as you could stumble across a...
