I find it to be informative without being too much. I also don't see how its over-promotional. It links back to my site and not affiliates. And I mentioned some actual providers (makes sense since I'm talking about web hosting) like twice.

As in other forums we are not allowed to publish links to our hubs.
As I cannot see the hub - I can only guess that it may be that you had more than two links to your site, that you mention. You should get an email from the HubPages team about it. If you need more info about links in hubs etc. then the Learning Center (bottom of the page for the link) covers this topic and many more useful ones too.
Hey. One more question. They're penalizing me for "affiliate" links, and it's kind of making me mad. I'm linking to pages on my site, but they're not "sales capture" pages. They're legitimate, informative articles. There are certainly banners on my page, but still.
