I have recently edited the title of my hubs throguh Titile Tuner and after finishing I saw that my Hubs has been classified as Submitted for Publication and it is still in that stage.
How many days it will take to publish a hub even though it has been published years back, only the title has been tuned as suggested by the Hubpages.
Do anyone faced such issue?
I never had that problem and I've used it a couple of times. It was never put up for moderation
I haven't used the title tuner lately..but many times last year and I have never encountered this problem.. Could there have been a warning on the hub that you did not notice before you edited it.. ??
bumping this up for more responses..
What you are describing is what happens when someone's account has been put on moderation. This occurs when the moderation team has found multiple issues and quality problems across a person's range of Hubs. It means that for any edits or content changes, all Hubs must receive a manual review by a person before they will be live again.
It's a sign of general and pervasive quality problems most times, but you would need to email the moderators to find out details, as only they know the specifics. My personal opinion is that it's probably due to English grammar and language issues.

I just noticed this new feature under My Account and was wondering what everyone else thinks of it. It says its still in beta and I don't know how long it's been there, but I think it's nice that Hubpages is making the effort to do a little SEO research for us. What does everyone else think of the...

Maybe it would be cool if we could run the title tuner on a per hub basis so we don't have to wait for it to munch on all the data from all the hubs combined. That way we can quickly just get some title work done on a specific hub versus all of them.

The help instructions for the Beta Title Tuner says that you can click on any hub to change the title to improve traffic.BUT, when I click Beta Title Tuner, only one of my hubs populates. I have another hub, that I would love to use this tool for.

I griped a bit about the title tuner when it came out a while ago, but that is because it kept telling me to remove a word, and then add it straight back in an infinite loop...But I have just checked one of my account and found that were it was struggling along with maybe 1 view per week it has now...
