I usually write recipe hubs where the ingredients are almost the same in meat recipes, only the quantity changes. Cant I just copy the ingredients from my hubs and simply write down the quantity?
Yes - however you'll need to add some other original content to the hubs.
If more than a certain percentage of your hub is duplicate, then you'll have it unpublished.
For original content, think about adding the history of the recipe, ideas for its use etc.
I guess that is okay since it is a different recipe using the same ingredients... Change the format of the hub, add a little information about the ingredients themselves and some lovely photos and you will have an attractive hub.
