Do the stats on HubPages record when I click on my own hubs? I would prefer if they didnt as that can distort the true result. I only want to know if other people cliock on them.
Back when I thought the brilliant thing to do would be to create monster five thousand word hubs....I'd often have over a hundred views prior to publication.

Nowadays I am only really paying attention to the number of views from other sites, and how long it takes for views from Google to start showing up, as that tends to give me an idea on whether or not I need to be creating new backlinks for any particular hub.
