I've been working away on hubs for a while now, income is finally rising, traffic was doing well till this week (thanks to the new panda update) but one thing has eluded me all this time, i have yet to get a hubscore of 90 on any of my hubs, the highest it seems to go is 83-85! Anyone have any suggestions?is it the topics I write about? grammer/structure? SEO? or am i being impatient and not giving it enought time?
I have had a few go to 90+, but I don't know why. I don't understand how they are scored.
Best of luck to you.
my highest hub reaches 83, never more than that. You are lucky to get 85! Most important is your hub earning. If it is increasing, you are on the right track.
Don't worry too much about it. HubScore is not a very good indicator of your hub's performance (traffic-wise, at least). I have many hubs which are doing great yet their scores are usually between 70-80.
I wouldn't worry about it. But if you really want this I think it helps if it is longer hub and attracts traffic. Only 1 or 2 of mine have this score and they are not my top earners.

After 6 months on the site i've started the really wonder how many backlinks is a reasonable number to any hub, and really to a hub becoming successful? Or is it simply a lottery. What kind of figures do other hubbers consider?

I'm very happy with the results of the niche sites. It's a win-win for HubPages and writers like myself. But I'm a bit curious about the process for choosing Hubs that go on those sites. One of my most successful Hubs on a niche site has more than 1,250 words, multiple photos and an original video....

I've had a hubpage account for some time now and would like to know why I haven't gotten any of my earnings. I set it up through my bank a long time ago and there is no sign of my earnings. Where have my past earnings been going and how do I get them ALL?

I've heard to disregard that but I'm still a little curious. Honestly I don't know how the score is even decided but those of you that have a lot of followers or have been able to make money, what is your average score per article?Thank you!

I'd like to suggest we get rid of Hubber Score - and perhaps even Hub Scores. They:- are constantly misunderstood;- cause a lot of upset and grief in the forums; and- encourage newbie Hubbers to direct their efforts in entirely wrong directionsFor instance, I've known newbie Hubbers stop...
