I was just trying to access the site from my trusty Ubuntu notebook computer and found that all pages for the site are obscured by a "film" that covers the top part of the screen. This overlay makes it impossible to do anything with the site. I realize that Ubuntu users that have Firefox 3.0b5 are not high on your hit list, but I thought you would want to know that there are some people who can't use the site. I have a screenshot of the problem if you are interested.
Just in case you were wondering, I also keep a copy of IE6 on this computer that runs under Wine for just this type of emergency :-)
I had the same problem earlier this evening. Shutting down computer cleared the problem.
I am running Ubuntu 8.04 and FireFox 3.04 and have not noticed any major problems.
Edit: I would kind of be interested in seeing the Screen Shot though, so I could see what you were talking about...
Dottie you were right on the money. I rebooted and the problem vanished.
Sorry for posting a false alarm. You can ignore me from now on ;-)

For the last several days if I wish to share a good hub from a HP author with my followers, it won't do it for some reason. Is anyone else having this problem?

What happened to my little blue tip box I have become so attached to? I let me know how many words I had, if an image was not clear enough, and let me know when my hub was presentable and ready to publish.
