It would be nice to be able to set out polls to accept multiple answers instead of just one.
I've often thought a check box would be a great option instead of just radio buttons too. In fact, I wanted to add a poll to a recent hub but didn't because the question would have been only appropriate for multiple selections (i.e. Which of these methods do you already use?)
