    How many times have you tried to explain? I have spent hours, writen articles about the 'Boss from Hell' to help people deal with those kinds of situations; but they can't move from spot one.

    I agree with you. I try also to be a bit analytical and to consider the goals...the long term goals s opposed to the instant outlet.
