Did the USADA violate Lance Armstrong's civil and constitutional rights to a fair trial? If so, How?
The USADA completely ignored a citizen's constitutional rights to a fair trial to hound Lance Armstrong, with no proof whatsoever and with no fair trial to determine that he took performance enhancing drugs. This is a case of finding out how to protect citizens from agencies that can potentially circumvent the law and abuse authority.
The USADA is a private organization and can do whatever it wants. Your constitutional rights only come into play in criminal cases where you might go to jail. No one is arresting Armstrong and the government has not brought charges against him. Thus, no constitutional rights have been violated. The potential case between the USADA and Armstrong would be a civil case. Armstrong has the right to sue the USADA for unfair treatment, loss of income, or libel.
Then why does the USADA give itself powers to strip titles that it has no power to strip? If I were Lance, I would sue this "private organization" out of existence.
He has every right to sue them. If he feels he was treated unfairly, he should do it. Governments stay out of the world of sports, which are run by private enterprises. The only time a government agency will get involved is to prosecute for drug use

I watched Piers Morgan's show twice, once with Alex Jones as his guest and then again with Ben Shapiro as his guest. Both of these people believe that is necessary for citizens to have high capacity assault weapons, like AR15's to protect themselves from the eventual tyranny of their own...
