   Should poachers and hunters be granted authorization to terminate species to extinction?
   
   If there were a predatory species that hunted humans would it be justifiable to hunt such a predatory species to extinction? For example: bears.

   Not from my view. Yes, they attack humans from time to time. But we shouldn't kill them for that. If you say yes then you should believe in killing all humans because they kill humans. Humans are a slight step up from animals. We are more of a danger to them than they are to us.

   NO!!! If a predatory animal has started to attack humans, humans should be asking themselves if they have hunted that animal's prey to the point we have become new on the menu. Solitary predatory animals like bears, mountain lions, and bobcats attack humans because they are territorial. If an individual animal is rabid, has not eaten in a week or two or is protecting it's young or territory, that may be a reason it would attack a human. A whole species should not be eradicated because of a solitary incident. Wolves are also predatory animals and have been known to attack humans in Europe. If they are attacking humans, should we be asking ourselves if we have eradicated their prey to the point we have become new on the menu? It's a matter of survival and natural balance. If we take out their natural prey to the point of extinction by means of poaching, isn't it only natural that they would want to put something new on the menu to sustain themselves? People need to be aware of their surroundings when they are out in nature. Look for scat, scratch marks on trees, bones of other animals, etc. We share this planet with other species that are predatory, yet we seem to be the only ones with the ability to murder ourselves as well as other species. There is no justification to hunt another species into extinction because an individual animal is sick, starving, protecting its young, den or food source.

   If any animal develops a taste or preference for human flesh, it must die in order to save human lives.
