   What is the age of the universe?
   
   What are your thoughts on the age of the universe?  Why do you think it is as old as you think it is.  Perhaps it is a range of time.  To add, what is your worldview religion?

   Astronomers use the rate of expansion, the moving away from each other of stellar phenomena as one way of estimating the size of the universe. The other is the distance in time from a point known as the big bang. Using these estimates astronomers place the age of the universe to be between 12 and 14 years.  Google puts it at 13.75 billion years.
   
   As for religion, it's not important to me. I neither believe nor disbelieve in God, I simply don't know. It would be nice if a God existed, but I don't know if there is one. And it doesn't matter. What is important to me is the messages that are attributed in God's name. I find them to be useful so I try to incorporate them in my behavior. In my own way I try to love people.
   
   I trust science more than religion because science and technology have affected my life more than religion. I have a warm house in the winter, an android to entertain me when I am bored, and interesting books to read. I am happy with what I have.

   According to geologists and other scientists, the earth is 4.6 billion years old.  My spiritual belief is New Age, it is a belief which leans towards metaphysical explanations of life events. Of course, I believe in God.

   Nobody knows the 100% exact age of Universe even Google and Wikipedia. In the estimate of Google, age of Universe is 13.75 ± 0.17 billion years and in the estimate of Wikipedia, age of Universe is 13.77 ± 0.59 billion years.
   So we can assume the age of universe with these figures, which are really near to the reality.

   The Universe is beleived to be between 13.7 and 13.8 billion years old. This is ourbest guess using data from WMAP and other probes and satellites. We cannot get a 100% accurate age from the data we have but we are close or at least think we are.
