   I'm not sure that He did literally.
   He remains of course the perfect example for us to follow,  and the picture of Him seated at the right hand of the Father is for our benefit;  shows that He exemplifies perfection,  absolute resistance to temptation,  worthy of being worshipped.
   But humans will never reach that status either here or there; nope, not even after we're "glorified" with Him when we reach heaven.    He will always be worthy of worship while we will not be.
   
   I believe He is Spirit.   When He said in the Bible "Father, now glorify me with the glory that I had in the beginning with You" (John 17: 5---"...O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.",   I believe He meant take Him back to heaven to be totally in communion and in essence with the Father like He was in the beginning (having no human form).
   
   Many may disagree with that, and I'm open to a better explanation if there is one that lines up with the Bible,  but I do know that flesh and blood cannot enter heaven, and Jesus wasn't created like humans were;  He was a part of the Father from the beginning.    No Christian nor preacher that I know of has ever been able to fully explain what His "glorified body" was like.   So if I err, I choose to err on the side of the facts in the Bible which say that God is Spirit, and since Jesus is God, then He is fully Spirit.   The reasoning behind Him being in a human body was for our benefit and none other.

   The topic of Christ's humanity was hotly debated in the early church and was settled by the First Council of Nicaea. The Council was a huge deal, and people traveled from far away cities to be part of what was happening in Nicea. There were even drinking songs!
