Here's a question. To be a great military leader is it only important how many Battles you won or is there something else that makes you great, like for example having the confidence and dedication of your soldiers? We often talk of great leaders, but what made then great? Was it that they got things done? or was it something else. Wilberforce never led an army and often worked alone. Washington led an army yet lost many battles. No one would deny them their place on any list of great leaders. What does it take to be a great leader?
