you mean what is the best language? English because it is universal but i find Korean and Japanese languages really cool.
Because of it's universal acceptance, English can be rated the best. It is easy too to learn. But French and German also do fine as they are widely used and have great acceptance.
Which is best seems to be an unfair way to evaluate them for all languages are wonderful. The gift of language(s) is an amazing thing that continues to evolve over time. For a number of reasons English may be the most popular and it is certainly one of the most useful languages to know how to use, but describing it as best really is too subjective. English is no exception to the fact that languages are affected by regional accents which only add to the interest in them. Across the UK, just as in America, many people say that certain regions use terrible English and others use magnificent English. Personally, I think they are all great because they display the unique fact that English was developed by people from all over the world.
