Look at you past and your present. Now imagine your future. If you dread what you see it will motivate you much more then a dream. But in either case victory comes with sacrifice and the will to change.

What's your way of approach in motivating a depressed person ?The way you approach him/her is quite important . Its not gonna work once he starts feeling that you're just trying to motivate him rather than helping him out.
