Go to the hub's site, then click Edit Hub. There will be an option near the top of the page where a white box with the current name of your hub in it. Make changes there. Then save your hub. The change should be evident once you have saved changes.
You can change the title, but you cannot change the html, that will always be the same. To change the title, click on edit. At the top of the edit page you will see where it says, "title" you can change the title there. You won't see the change until you press Done Editing.
