There is no equivalent name for this in Vietnamese! Translation of names are mainly for popular world's figures such as: Napoleon, Charlie Chaplin, etc. and some world countries. But phonetically, "Lemuel" can be "Le Muoi" in Vietnamese whereas Le is Vietnamese last name and Muoi is first name.
