Do the Chinese have an equivalent organisation to the United States of America's NASA?
Also, if they have, have they launched any satellites and gone on any 'manned' space missions?
Yes they have an organization but from the sound of it, it's certainly not as well developed as NASA by any means. Per wikipedia, it's called the China National Space Administration (CNSA). From what I understand from the CNSA's offical site, it appears their first manned mission was "On October 15 and 16, 2003, it launched and retrieved the "Shenzhou V" manned spacecraft, China's first of its kind."
