names. Have you ever noticed that black families tend not to name their children: Skylar, Cloe, Becky (Rebecca) Chip, Brandon,; and white families tend not to give their children names like: Jamal, Marcus, Tameka, Kesha, Rochelle, etc. Why not? Why this apparent segregation as far as first names?
