Does future planning leads to frustration in present living?

I think, enjoy the moments we are in rather than always thinking and planning for future, because life is valuable and short too.

I believe due to the lack of futuristic planning life can lend even more frustration because there is no purpose or drive for obtaining success or preparing even for life after death.  Stay prepared!  Thanks for the personal reminder.

That is a very dangerous idea.  You can look to the future while still enjoying the present.  Why does one have to ignore the future to enjoy the present?  Normally, people who say that are trying justify living irresponsibly.  Besides, enjoying the present typically means enjoying the small things like waking the dog and spending time with family.  Those concepts are very much inline with preparing for the future.
