Should the NYPD be obligated by law to turn over video evidence in students shooting death?

Do you think the decision is right that the NYPD, should not turn over the video evidence to the Pace university University student's lawyers?

There are so many extenuating circumstances that I need to know before I could answer this question with any authority. Video evidence is a very broad term. Isn't that "discovery"?

Dude, you're talking about NYPD. Think about it, they do exactly what they want to whether it's right or wrong!

You are correct Lilly, This is supposed to be discovery. If discovery is suppressed, what then would that be?
