Why Speed Post or Registered Post are not allowed in some form submission procedure?
I want to ask that in some Exam form submission procedure it is wriiten dt "Only Ordinary post will be accepted else any type of post(Speed Post or Registered Post)will not be accepted...
why is it so?
What is the logic/reason behind this?

Was I slapped down? Tried to post and a picture of a strange woman appeared wearing a badge and riding some sort of motorized vehicle saying I wasn't allowed to post.
