This is an oxymoron, if you were aware of your thoughts then they would no longer be subconscious thoughts but conscious ones.
Most people are not aware of subconscious generalizations and judgements they make on people until they focus on it.
I wouldn't call paying attention to your subconscious thoughts an oxymoron. When you realize you made a subconscious generalization or association with something, it still originated as a subconscious thought that you became self-aware of.
