What is the best online teaching platform to teach ESL?
Especially in the areas of ease of use, finding students, and getting paid for the teaching.
I would say Skype. You can offer you services throught Skype's forums.
I would recommend eLecta Live (http://www.e-lecta.com). This is a professional virtual classroom solution for online teaching and web collaboration.
I would like to suggest WizIQ (https://www.wiziq.com/).
WizIQ comes up with HTML5 webRTC virtual classroom software which supports interactive online whiteboard, video streaming solution, video conferencing, live chat, code editor, live poll and breakout room. These features are especially designed to make online learning more engaging and interactive.
It’s an undisputed fact that there is a rapid growth in online teaching. But despite the growth, online teachers still getting lost in technology. There are a multiple platforms but I found one that takes car to connect teachers and students: LiveCls
I like and use Verbling and Preply. I prefer the features of Verbling but I get more students from Preply. Also Preply seems to be closing the technological gap since they launched the ability to use video messaging on their website.
