Corruption can't be controlled because corruption is control. When a person corrupts something, they are changing it to please them or attempting to control it to work in their favor.
You can't. There will always be corruption because there will always be greedy people among us.
Education can make people open their eyes and be alert when it is happening. I don't think you can control corruption necessarily
There is no simple straightforward answer to this question. Almost all businesses and governments have procedures or guidelines to help prevent corruption but there is no magic solution. As Daffy Duck said "there will always be greed"
Corruption is based on perspective. What seems corrupt to some does not seem corrupt to others. Based on a society of scale, corruption will always be present because everyone will always have a different moral compass. Some action or event will always take the place of what is considered corrupt. It's a vacuum.
