You can't get free learning in Canada. All post secondary eduction is tuition based. There is no free college or university at all, anywhere. Well, there is one exception to this rule: some universities offer free courses for Canadian senior citizens who live in the community.

To attend any college or university here, you need to either pay for it up front or get a student loan and they are not interest-free. Many people work their way through college and pay off the rest of their loans when they finish school and gain employment.

The type of learning you are seeking is of online in nature. There are many resources you can find online but till you give details I can't really answer your question in detail.
