Who should be held responcible when a child assults another at school?
The teachers, the school, the child or their parents? What actions do you think should be taken?
Ultimately the parents since what punishment the school can dish out, at least in Australia, is so limited as to actually be laughable. Punishment doesn't have to be physical. Take away a child's allowance for a week or two and hear them howl.
A full investigation might reveal a pattern of bullying. Perhaps the child has been bullied in the past by this other child or this other child's gang or it is ongoing bullying. A bullied child will eventually snap and attack the bully even if they don't stand a chance in a fight. If this is the case then the attacked child also has to answer for past deeds.
regarding on this matter, both has a responsible.. before u can take an action we should know the exact details why it would happen because their is a reason behind it. whoever had committed a mistake we should listen both side before we can make a decision .
The child. If the child has real parents then you should be able to get them to hold the child accountable for their actions.
Obviously the parents of the child doing the abuse. They have failed to teach their child the right and proper way to interact with other children.
