    no, not really. How would we measure the one measuring? We can only measure knowledge.

    I don't really think of an accurate method , I've tried those IQ tests but didn't got any useful results , people mostly  are good at have different skills

    I've been told that the ability to form and understand complicated analogies are perhaps the things that best measure intelligence.

    I don't think there is any one assessment tool out there to measure someone's intelligence because I believe there are all types of intelligence...social intelligence, musical intelligence, book smart intelligence, and so on.

    No, I don't believe there is.  People are smart in different ways.  Some people are book smart, some have artistic intelligence, some are have good sense.  There is no real way to measure someone's intelligence.
