Why Should one bother with Pinterest when it subjects you to Harsh Copyrights Laws for Pinning on it

If one reads the rules you have to agrre to when Singing in on Pinterest, the onus of all other legal responsibilities are laid down to you,not the Pinterest crew.. What good does it do one, if you do not own the image, be subjected to all the rules posted by Pinterest-All the legal issues arising from the company being sued are are to be borne by the Pinner. Is it worth it? Though it drives traffic, Pinterest absolves itself from all legal matters and gives you the responsibilities should any suing become the issue. You cannot post any image that is not yours originally-is it worth it to Pin?

I just recently heard / found out about Pinterest but have not had time to really look into it or sign up. I thought about doing it over the weekend as I heard it can help bring in traffic, however this makes me wonder if it is worth it like your asking.

Now, I can understand them not wanting to be at fault or get sued because somebody uploads an image that's copyrighted or not theirs. However, out of all the people who use the site how many actually use original images of their own...
