Primarily listening to music. Other than that I like to express myself on paper and write poems and things. What I do depends on how angry I am and what I'm angry about.

I usually find that my pet dogs are a wonderful cure when I'm feeling angry, anxious or in anyway upset. They have a totally natural way of making you feel better and they also make me laugh - laughter is often the best tonic for any negative emotions.
A cats purr. It's been proven that stroking a cat and a cats purr can relieve a good percentage of stress. If you don't have a cat, go to Starbucks, get a deliciuos latte or frappe, take a sip, close you eyes and forget about the whole thing.
If its at a person, imagine them NAKED! hahaha. Warning: not advised with the much older generation!
